For more than twenty-five years I have been working with professional partners on repositioning retailers and suppliers in food and non-food. Strategically, policy-wise to the practical implementation of new developments in order to better meet the needs of today's consumer. To properly connect products, services, formulas and / or brands to the consumer, the organization must, like a chameleon, change with the market. This often happens, with the risk that it will be at the expense of your own identity! Ad hoc is anticipated and gone for a short-term success! Changes must always be made from the DNA and the core values of the organization, from which the organization and its team members derive the distinctive character. Harnel BV also derives its strength from the DNA from the origin of my existence and the core values that I received from my father Harry and my mother Nelly!
